We like nuns in Malta. We educate our kids at schools run by nuns; they do invaluable work running children's homes and charities... they're a reassuring presence wherever they turn up. We may even send a group of them to sing at Eurovision. Which is why SWAG feels this new music release by Italy's favourite nun (who has also been religiously followed by TV viewers in Malta) is relevant and a must see for our readers.
Suor Cristina has turned Madonna's '80s raunchfest into a ballad of the sort one possibly hears angels sing as they ascend to heaven. We're not sure it feels completely right to see a nun singing this song, but then again, why should the devil have all the best tunes?
